Poem by James aged 7 in Woking: I used to get up and 9, but now it is at 8, for Joe's morning workout I just cannot wait, he makes me jump, stretch and run on the spot, I love sport and I love this a lot, I feel so happy and fit when it ends, feeling so tired but my body soon mends, it makes me awake and ready for the day, thank you Joe is what I want to say!!

This guy really does deserve an OBE or something once this is all over for the amount of work he’s put into keeping us all positive and fit during this time! Without him the kids would be going insane

I've been doing this everyday for weeks and I'm really feeling the difference! I'm an obese person and I've struggled with my weight all my life, thank you so much for putting this online it really really helps 😁

I almost crapped myself today doing this! 🤣 I’ve been doing this everyday for almost a week (last Wednesday I took a break) but now it’s part of my daily routine. I don’t feel accomplished if I don’t exercise in my day. It feels so good after, even if I was low on energy before. I encourage everyone to try and exercise, it feels so good and stress relieving! :)

Loved this! Didn’t imagine I’d be doing a 30 minute HIIT this morning, it was tough but definitely manageable. I liked doing the rounds twice so it wasn’t too repetitive, 25 second break was good. Feel great now! Cheers Joe!

I’m stuck in a quarantine hotel room for 2-weeks & Joes’ workouts have been a blessing! It makes my time here seem “normal” as all of the workouts I choose are in his sitting room!! Thank you Joe & your team for creating this wonderful series of exercises!

Hi Joe, I’ve just done this workout at home, needless to say I’m knackered ha! But I wish I could tell you how down I’ve been feeling recently and today after doing this I’ve felt calmer and a bit brighter! Thank you. This quarantine is so hard for everyone, but having been off work 7-8 weeks now, your workouts do get me through the days. So thank you.

I just wanted to say I love your work outs. You are my go to exercise routine when I’ve got back into bad habits and starting in the first day back which is always so hard, when I’m feeling so low about myself I don’t want to leave my house and be seen running outside, when I’ve got back to fitness and feeling good about myself but want to keep it different and not let my body get used to the usual exercise. Thank you so much for being free and available to EVERYONE. You are priceless for some of us no matter where we are in our fitness and self confidence journey 🙏🏼🌈☮️

Thank you so much Joe. Been doing PE with you in the mornings with my four little ones which has been great. We love it! As a former athlete, who trained 7 days a week in West London, I've struggled to get any motivation to relive the type of training I once did. I decided to just watch them do PE this morning and try this workout this evening. Running is one thing but this brings back memories of my circuit training at uni which I adored...it was hard work, but there was nothing more uplifting. You may have just reignited that hunger. I wish I had of known of your channel a lot sooner and I may have not left it so long. I will definitely be taking some of this inspiration back into the classroom when we get back there. Congratulations Joe on all your success!!

I have been following your workouts for a few years now, I have slowly returned to fitness with your videos after having my son and going from busy carrier person exercising in the gym, to stay at home mum. Just completed this workout having done 5 weeks of PE with joe (not missed a day yet) as I thought I would push myself on a weekend. Surprised at how well I have done as worried about 2 rounds of 15 instead of 10. Thanks Joe for making lockdown so much better! Mel from Middlesbrough
