In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer in Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. To be honest, I'm not a fan of the giant sets like this where I feel like I'm doing the same thing over and over and over - I feel like I lose my gumption about halfway through and get bored with the same exercises. BUT there is not a single centimer of my body that isn't sweating right now, so I'd say I crushed it. Not every workout will be a favorite for everyone, but I'm super grateful to be getting these awesome workouts for free. Can't complain about that!

great work everybody!!! today I was able to do a full pushup! I remember the day I was able to do a knee pushup, I was so excited, and could not wait for the time I would succeed in a full push up:) celebrate the little wins!

The something that will make me happy today is drinking a cup of coffee, doing a mini-jigsaw puzzle, and listening to a podcast before I start saturday chores (and getting the kids to do their saturday chores). Your videos give me the strength to make it through the days!

im coming back to comment everyday :)

Day 1: I only managed to do 10 mins before i felt like passing out. I have never felt my heart race that fast god, this workout is intense and amazing!! I will try again tmr, goal: 15 mins, current weight: 95.6kg.

Day 2: Oh my god, this was one the most incredible things i have ever experienced. I FINISHED THE WHOLE WORKOUT!!! I did take a few breaks in between but i didnt sit down he WHOLE TIME. This is the most intense workout i have done in a very very long time and i am so proud of myself for completing it. I was just in shock at how fast the session went. Thank you sydney, for motivating me to lead a happier and healthier life :). I will be back again tmr, goal: NO BREAKS, current weight: 94kg

Something I haven’t done in a while is spend time with my 90-year-old grandmother who lives in Peru. I’m in Peru now all the way from Boston. I pulled up this workout and completed it while she rooted me on. And now, it’s time for some water and quality time with Mama Viole ♥️ Thank you Sydney, your no equipment workouts always save me during traveling!

“Do more of what you love” - I’m gonna have a shower, a delicious meal, then sit with my mom for a while (because I love her) and spend the rest of my evening reading. Because that’s what I love; a relaxing routine and cherishing relationships.

Phewwww! That one was intense. My body felt so heavy as I moved through this cardio session! Def readjusting to the spicy cardio. Raise your hand if you’re drenched in sweat!
