Let’s burn some energy with this 30 minute cardio full body workout... no equipment needed. Simply follow along and have fun!

This is meant for low intensity cardio so any jumps, land softly. The pace should be sustainable with heart rate elevated but you aren’t out of breath.... think of a steady, slow paced run!

The timer will be on for 45 seconds of work the entire duration!

This is different from HIIT, you need rest in HIIT! Try to go at pace that suits you. Slow it down when needed!

Perfect for after any session or on those active rest days when you prefer an indoor cardio session as apposed to a run or cycle etc!

Tried this for the first time. I was looking to add more cardio into my workout routine. Baybeee this is not for the faint of heart. I took hella breaks. Anyone who finishes this all the way through is a beast. Thank u Caroline!

She almost killed me with this cardio workout!! I had to modify but I didn’t quit!! I’m trying to get back into focusing on my health. Today makes 7 months since I lost my daughter and working out again makes me feel it’s okay to keep on living in my pain. God bless everyone. Today I'm 17 and I've just done this workout. I love how this helps my digestion, helps me calm down, relieve my stress, anxiety and panic as I live in Ukraine. Caroline is a genius! It's only her 30 minutes cardio that is possible without a rest for the mere fact that it is not just jumping. Every part of the body is incorporated through strength and lighter exercises help release some amount.

I suffer from chronic stress and severe anxiety, I am getting better but I wanted to push it faster...to burn the adrenaline..I succeeded 15 min...as a beginner who haven't exercised for so long its freaking awesome how I managed...seems the adrenaline is way too high for my liking. I didn’t got tired easily. Lol ❤️

Best cardio workout I’ve done. I feel it in every fiber of my body. I’m currently working on consistency and showing up for myself everyday for at least 30mins and I’m trying to feel my best self, you helped do that today. Best workout!

I absolutely love Caroline she's by far my favourite on you tube. I'm a single mum who works and has a mortgage to pay so a gym membership is out the question. I sometimes find it hard to self motivate at home but honestly all of Caroline's workouts are fantastic.
