as someone who's been/are struggeling with anorexia & over exercising your videos has helped me A LOT to get a better sight at training. Learning to listening to my body and that healthy movement doesnt have to be miles of running or hours at the gym. Sending you all the love Nicole <3

You have the best Pilates workouts. I have searched high and low and have done SO MANY different Pilates workouts on YouTube, but yours are always the best. Best choreography, direction, your voice, etc. All of it. And I especially love the 30 - 40 minute full body ones. Have done all of them!

I cannot tell you how much I loved seeing your workout partner with you today. My four legged workout buddy was demanding some attention too. Sometimes he helps by jumping on my back during a plank.... he's 20 lbs!

I strayed away from Nicole last week to a more quiet yoga practice as my mind was at war with my body while that yoga was peaceful and relaxing I realized how much I love Nicole and her mindfulness towards giving the mirroring us visual and the detailed instruction throughout the video so you don't miss out or get confused on anything I just love that!!!! I am grateful for you Nicole!

I like the moderate to intermediate sessions sometimes (as opposed to intermediate to advanced) because they remind me to focus on posture and I still shake a lot while doing the exercises. Thanks again for a great class!

Great videos. As a very unsupple, unfit, approaching middle aged man, these are just what I need. The BBC did a radio program called just one thing, with Michael Moseley, praising and promoting the benefits of pilates. Was very interesting and something I thought I should try which was within my capabilities. Your manner is very calming and easy to follow. Thanks again.
