Im doing this every day for the past 2 weeks and I see the result I’ve lost 2 inches in my arms and I gained a little muscle 💪🏼 and I eat healthy so if you are doing this keep on going 🔥💪🏼

some of the instructors featured on pop sugar can be a bit "much" if you get my drift but Nicole brought a great level headed workout! not intimidating, lots of variety, gets the job DONE! I hope we see more from her :)

I’m mostly a cardio girly. Long distance running, weighted jump rope, hiking 6-12 miles. This is the only other workout I’ll do beside part of a 30 minute lower body workout that absolutely kills my runners legs. I love no weight workouts as someone with partial paralysis who can’t hold weights. This freaking works and it’s doable for ANYONE make this your own. After a few times you’ll notice how much easier it is!!

Love this workout. When you weigh over 200lbs most workouts seem strenuous and too difficult to keep up with. This one is a great pace anyone can easily keep up with and it's OK to take breaks. The modifications make it even easier if you need it. I tend to add some leg excercises like crunches and lunges. I have been doing this work out for over a month everyday along with not eating sweets and having a calorie deficit of 1000-500 a day. I've gone from 245 to 210 and still falling. my husband says I look noticeably smaller. My clothes are baggy and i fit into stuff i didnt used to 🎉 the stretching has also helped with my neck, back, knee and foot pain. I feel so much better and I'm gonna keep going. So excited to get under 200lbs soon. So glad I found this workout. Thank you Nicole. It's literally changing my life ❤

I love how she doesn't rush the stretch unlike most other YouTube workout vids.

And I love doing this video on days I feel muscle fatigue from the previous day. Can't count the number of times I've come back to this workout!

I've seen Nicole's other workouts on popsugar, but this one HAS TO BE the one with the best stretch/cooldown.

The stretch at the end is the absolute BEST. I kinda wish it was a separate 10min video so I could do it at the end of other workouts.

Day 1: INTENSE but definitely doable!
The next day I was SORE! I felt it in my abdomen and definitely in the arms! It feels GOOD. It’s been a long time since I felt this Sore feeling!
