I am LOVING your Pilates classes. I am 50 years old and yes, I like my body to look good. But more importantly, I want to remain STRONG! I want to ward off osteoporosis! I want to maintain a healthy pelvic floor. When I roll out my mat and start your lessons… I feel like a strong powerful woman! Some of the moves take me back to my younger years when I was taking ballet… which I loved and miss. I love the flow of breath as we move through the posses. You are amazing… and Pilates will forever be the way I take care of myself. 🙏 😊

I started online exercises about 1 month ago and about a week ago I discovered Pilates. I always thought it would be too easy as I am a dancer of 15 years but Nicole’s online classes are fantastic. This is the second one I have done and I generally look forward to doing them. A great range of movements and I love how I can feel the burn. I really enjoy the relaxing music in the background too. These are great! Thanks Nicole. Kate. :)

Hello . I am a former gymnast.. mom of 7..physical therapist.. Nicole, you videos are very challenging for me but gentle on my joints. I appreciate the complete way you work all sides of the body in one 30 minute session for an overall wonderful balanced postural workout. I feel very invigorated after a session you . I cant say enough about how much more cheerful and happy I am after a session. Keep the workouts coming!!!

As a new mum I’m squeezing in your workouts when my son naps and these are simply bliss. I look forward to them so much and they help me feel so mentally resilient and present afterwards. These are really approachable and the chill music and controlled pace of the workouts make this really restful, despite definitely being a tough workout! I absolutely love pilates now because of you. I hit play and then 30 minutes passes in the blink of an eye! Your videos are so easy to follow and i don’t have to look at the screen every few seconds like I’ve had to with other workout videos. I feel so relaxed and happy with myself after these. I love your videos so much!! I typically only weight-train and would throw in one exercise a week that was either spin/yoga/or pilates. I have been using your videos faithfully for a few weeks now and you have allowed me to fall in love with pilates! I love how respectful it feels to my body; I'm pushing the limits and allowing myself to feel a great burn, but not hurting myself in the process. Thank you!
