Do you have any videos or tips for getting a straight back? I have problems with forward fold and anything where your back needs to be straight and you bend. I just can’t get past a 80degree angle without my lower back bending and I feel like I’m losing out on some deep stretches. Either way I do all your videos and they really help thank you so much.
