Enjoy this energy boosting morning yoga flow with no props required.

Hi everyone, thank you for joining me on the mat! Let's go through this beginner to intermediate morning yoga practice that will work on energizing you for the day ahead by tapping into a bit of core strength and leg flexibility. This is meant to be an activating flow to help wake you up and give you a boost of energy. No props needed.

We'll begin lying down in reclined butterfly before doing a glute and abdominal strengthening sequence. I'll then guide you through a flow that will stretch your hip flexors, hamstrings and quads. We'll be repeating this flow a few times on each side. You'll feel the heat build up in your body without doing a class that is too strenuous.

Thank you so much. You have literally saved my life. My husband My husband has MS, and in 2019 he was diagnosed with Alzheimers. Last July he fell and fractured 4 disks in his spine. I am no longer able to leave home to practice yoga, and when I found your channel I was thrilled. I always start my day with at least a ten minute show, and if there is time, I do longer shows. This practice helps me set my focus for the day ahead. My word or phrases are often stay calm, be patient, just relax or find the joy in the day. Thank you so much! Keep posting those ten and fifteen minute shows please!

I love how it had a bit more intermediate poses in it and the reverse table top with arm push. Nice switch up. And of course, how amazing was it to have your cat join us ❤ nice flow today especially during cold and flu season!

I've never been able to comfortably sit criss-cross even in elementary school but this is helping me get so much more flexible and comfortable sitting that way as well as helping tightness that I've had in my back. thanks so much!

Wow, this was perfect. I have ADHD and was feeling soooo groggy and stale-yet antsy and ungrounded. This was so short and yummy and energizing and I feel so good. I loved starting with that core work! It was refreshing and I found myself laughing out loud at the beginning because it just felt so activating and grounding right off the bat. The relief and joy at the load coming off my chest was almost euphoric. Another go-to class. Thank you, thank you ❤
