Rise & shine! It's time for yoga. Begin your day with this soothing 10 minute morning yoga stretch. No props are needed and this is suitable for all experience levels. We'll go through poses like seated cat and cow, low lunge twist, reclined quad stretch and child's pose.

This 10 minute yoga class is a great way to start your day with mindfulness and positivity. Enjoy and REMEMBER, a little bit of yoga every day is much better than long sessions done every now and then. I hope you'll practice again with me tomorrow :)

*ANNOUNCEMENT* 📢 I'm slowing things down this Summer and will only be uploading once a week in July and August instead of twice. My weekly videos will be coming out on Monday mornings at 6:15am. This is the first time I cried during yoga, when you said “take a moment to thank yourself for carving out some time JUST for yourself.”
It’s really been hard for me lately because of my work and some life-things, so this really made me emotional. I’m a Yoga beginner, and I try to be consistent but there are some times where I just can’t do it and during those times, I can clearly see that it’s missing from my life. Thank you for bringing Yoga into my life ❤️

Sometimes I do the whole practice with my eyes closed, just listening to your cues and when I open them I feel rested and completely lost, as if I can start fresh 😊

Thank you for promoting counseling. As a psychologist myself I agree mental health is so important. I provide telehealth and find it very convenient to many people especially those who live far from a therapy office. I enjoyed how your shooting your videos outside. Positivity is my mantra today. The last 2-3 days, I've had low energy. Unmotivated to do anything but I've been challenging myself to get up and tackle the day head on and my daily walks, spiritual practices plus my yoga night classes and your 10min videos for the morning really helps to tune in and keep my frequency high as possible. Thank you. I also love that you've done the Elemental yoga videos. I did the Earth element one the other day and I found it really good. Tomorrow I will focus on the fire element video xo Namaste Kassandra xo

I’m really glad I found this video. I often have ankle pain from an old injury that didn’t heal properly, and that combined with a general lack of flexibility makes many yoga videos difficult for me to follow. This is one of the first videos I’ve found that let me stretch my whole body with almost no modification—just replaced the downward-facing dog with puppy pose and I was good to go. I’ll definitely be coming back to it.
