A great morning yoga practice for strength, flexibility and balance.

This is it! Welcome to Day 30 of the Morning Yoga Movement the last one in our 30 day challenge. I can't believe we're here already... How has this challenge gone for you? I'm so sad that we're at an end but rest assured, these classes will remain on my channel forever! Feel free to start it all over again or explore the rest of the Yoga with Kassandra library for longer classes and varying styles.

Today I'm going to take yo through a feel good flow to stretch and strengthen your body from head to toe. You'll need 1 block for this class and this is an intermediate morning yoga class so you might be challenged a little bit. I wanted to mix it up since this is our last day together in the Morning Yoga Movement. Enjoy!

I was unhappy, stressed, lethargic, and inactive when I first began this challenge. I decided, why don’t I turn my life around? So I did. I started with your 10 minute yoga classes, practiced meditation, watched videos on how to embrace positivity, read more often, made healthy foods, and much more. Now, in just three months and... This challenge is life changing. 10 minutes per day makes it totally do-able and it is so worth it. Helped me develop healthy habits and shift my physical/emotional/mental well being to a place of positivity every morning.

I’ve noticed the greatest shift from loving how short these 10 mins were, to gradually feeling called to want to stay on the mat longer with regular deeper longer flows. My body is craving it in a good way!

I never did yoga before lockdown. Having done this 30 day challenge every month since April (6 times now) it has totally changed my daily outlook. I am invigorated as I start each day no matter how stressed the day before was or how restless the previous nights sleep. I can't recommend Kassandras practice highly enough. It is the perfect way to kick start you day.

I completed chalenge on 21 January 2024.
It took me over 45 days, some days I skiped, some days I wasnt feeling well.
It is my first consistant practise since my surgery, I havent done any excercize over one year. My flexibility is much better. Thanks Kassandra for lovely guidence and soft voice. ❤
