This morning full body stretch and flow will set you up to feeling absolutely amazing and thinking more clearly for the day ahead. Do this all levels class or any morning yoga class each and everyday to maintain your at home yoga practice and to remain consistent in your goals.
Morning yoga has many benefits, a few being that it can boost your mood, improve focus and posture, help to calm the mind and body and release unwanted tension.

I’m just starting my journey with yoga and stretching again as a former dancer who stopped and had babies. I LOVE that so far, every morning, I can find a new 10 minute-ish flow to follow and not get bored! Can’t wait to work back up to 20 and 30 minute sessions!

I was having such an incredibly hard time getting going this morning.. just felt so tired, weak, depressed. I have my go-to 5 minute yoga video of yours that I generally do every morning, but even that felt impossible for some reason. Finally I was just laying on my mat and thought all right let me just look through Bird's channel and see if anything inspires me. I ended up doing this one, after which I felt good enough to get up and wash my face, during which I listened to your Dream Life manifestation affirmations. I am now feeling like I can go forward with my day and have a pleasant and productive time at work. I’m a super weak person at the moment, but I want to get healthier and stronger. I’m so grateful for your videos and amazing sessions that are actually doable for all levels! Morning yoga with you is my favourite thing of the day, I don’t get angry and frustrated anymore, because I can’t finish the class, so I feel great both physically and mentally! Thank you so much!

250 lbs and im new to moving my body with the goal of weight loss. love this because it didn't discouraged me. I got my blood flowing, but wasn't too much to make me second guess why im waking up an extra 10 mins a day. I love my sleep. very beginner friendly. definitely saving this video to perform it everyday as soon as I wake up.

Such a beautiful sequence for this rainy fall morning. I love the soothing voice and music as others wrote and also so appreciate that you don't over-explain the positions. I know some people like all the detailed positioning, but I find it distracting. This is perfect.

I’ve been doing this as the start to my morning for a month now and it’s such a nice way to begin the day. I have a really poor relationship with my body but this has helped me feel just a tiny bit better every day
