Let's begin our day with yoga and breathwork to wake ourselves up and stretch!

Good morning everyone, thank you for joining me in this 10 minute all levels yoga flow. This class is designed to energize you and wake you up. We'll begin with two different breathing techniques which are a great way to activate and get a boost of vitality before getting into our yoga poses and stretches. This class is suitable for all experience levels and doesn't require any props.

The breathing techniques are breath of joy and a seated kriya from kundalini yoga. I'll then take you through poses like gate pose, low lunge and seated neck circles.

This was such an interesting class with the addition of those breathing techniques. My lungs and chest and, well, entire system really, feel cleansed and open. That buzzing energy feels like it's coursing through me, but in that unique yoga-y way where I still feel grounded and centered. Thank you, Kassandra!

I asked to experience joy and focus on it during my meditation this morning, and then I was guided to do a yoga routine from your channel, and then I chose this video, when I heard the breath of joy at the start, I was so overwhelmed with joy already.
