Ms. Bird, I can not tell you how your instruction has truly helped me to gain my quality of life back. I have osteonecrosis in my joints and pain is an everyday constant. Your videos have helped me to slowly but surely regain some semblance of mobility. Bless you 🙏 thank you so much. Maybe one day a routine having to do with hip/spine/feet alignment?? A girl could dream. 😅

Bird 🦢 you’ve been one of my favorite yogis since I’ve 1st began my journey with yoga 🧘‍♀️ many years ago. Since my recent move I’ve been lagging with stretching 🙆‍♀️ & yoga 🧘‍♂️ bc I found myself very limited on space. This short in bed 🛌 yoga was amazing 🥲 thank you friend!
