Thank you so much for this video! I was sick for a long time and could hardly move, and after the worst was over, I felt so strange in my body that I always put off exercising. This video was the first thing in a long time that I could do with ease and made me feel connected to my body again. Thank you for this safe space!

Gosh this one really felt good, especially the waist circles, got lots of clicks out which is amazing . I’m a nail technician who tends to be hunched over for a few hours at a time and I feel so light and straightened out. Thanks so much ❤

I’ve been doing yoga on and off for the past 7 years. I’ve had a lot of teachers in that time (both online and IRL) but you’re the only one I’ve ever seen bow before you practice. I’m not sure if it’s to us or your mat (or both), but I really like that. It feels both respectful and inviting - it’s hard to explain! 😊

This was just what I needed today 😍 I was feeling rushed, which is why I chose a short video. I love how we stayed in the poses for a longer time. It made me feel way less rushed right away and now I'm all peaceful before going to work ☺️ Thank you!
