It works, I have been doing it for a week and a half and I definitely see change. I'll come back after two weeks and give the results. Like this comment so that I remember.
Update: it definitely works, I combined it with some other exercises and a caloric deficit! Good luck to everyone

here to say: this 100% works, after not even a week of doing it i could notice a difference. it’s also burns 30-80 calories (depending on your body stats) so it’s perfect

THIS WORKS!! Literally after only a few days i started seeing defined collarbones. I started to do this workout every morning and right before bed and within 5 ish days my collar bones were showing and my neck & shoulders were slimmer!!! I did make sure to maintain a good balance of foods and watched proportions along with drinking lots of water and staying active with rest days. Just doing all this gave me super quick results with defining my collarbones, face fat, jawline, neck, shoulders, and overall body fat. Stay consistent and don’t give up because the results are SO worth it!! 💜

I've been doing this for a little less than a week and holy shit my collarbone is coming out and looking so visible. along with my neck thinning and having those muscles pop out more. i will keep doing this!
