10 Minute Stretching - FULL BODY -Stress Relief & Recovery

Hi Guys,

Here is a Full Body Stretch to get you right after one of our intense workouts at home or at the gym.
I have included a combination of stretches that I find highly effective to do post workout or simply to use on an active recovery day.

Muscle tightness can occur Post Workout or build up over time so I recommend doing Full Body stretches to help relieve that overall tightness in the body.

Tips:-
1) Inhale Deeply Through your Nose as much as you can.(even breathing alone can help to relax you).
2) Exhale though your mouth expelling as much oxygen as possible before inhaling again.
3) Engage your core at all times and squeeze your Glutes it will help to improve your posture.
4) Smile inside out & allow that feeling to radiate through you & heal you.
5) (Optional) Try lying flat on your back at the end of the stretch. Breath in & out deeply as described in tips 1 & 2 and hold for 60s or as long as you need to complete your stretch and fully relax.

Take this time to really connect with your body, listen to its cues and move around in the stretches gently hitting your muscles from different angles to allow you to experience a more efficient and satisfying stretch.

This is my 2nd time doing this and I just had to say that I love that you preview an exercise before you do it so I don't feel left behind or confused mid stretch. Maybe it's just me but I have had that problem with so many other videos so it is great that yours is the way it is

I’ve been too stiff and uneasy lately, came on here today to search for stretching exercises and your recommendation popped up first, I enjoyed every bit of it, it also was easy to follow, less tasking and very effective still, I love it and I can say I feel a tad bit much lighter than before.

I like that no interruption explanation during the stretch. Because we all know that what the movement is and how it should be done and how to make uncomfortable but not hard and breath and all the stuff so know I finally find someone who just gives a name with relaxed music and a countdown time

Amazing video! Love that there is no unnecessary talking and there's music playing with the beeps so you know when to switch stretches. Also nice that in between you can take rest and see what's coming! This will be part of my morning routine from now on 🥰

out of all the after-workout stretch videos i've tried THIS guided stretching was the only one to actually relax me after a workout and target all the muscles that needed to cool down! thank you!!

First time using this video and found it perfect! Used to be so much more fit and flexible than I am now and want to do something about it. Great beginner stretches, and amazing formatting as others have said. Preview and beeps are so useful and I don’t feel like I need to keep my eyes on the screen in case I miss something, which is an issue I’ve had with other stretching videos

Amazing video, here I am 4 years later, enjoying and benefiting from your amazing stretch layout. I also agree with some others about how it’s awesome that you preview the stretch first, , and also have the little beeps to help us keep track! However I disagree with the folk who think your music choice isn’t good. I think it’s appropriate.. and beneficial. When stretching, especially for beginners, you want comfy music but not too relaxing .. we’re stretching not going to bed. What do you guys expect to hear? 50 cent? 😅 anyway keep going hun, I love it!

I've been going to this routine whenever I feel like I have been going through a stressful day or after work. Surprisingly, it's been helping me feel motivated, and it eases out any muscular pain I've been having. I'm glad I came across this video to help me get a move on of my day. Thank you for this gem!

As someone who is wanting to start their health journey at 25 8 weeks post partum, thank you for this. My hip has given me issues for a long time and was a major problem during labor! In half these stretches I could feel the tension and some of it relieving! I will be making this a part of my daily routine thank you so much! This is a perfect beginner routine and quick is a bonus!

Just came back home after a very stressful period and I downloaded the program for December. Finished the workout for today with this stretch and can’t wait to feel again in shape :) see you tomorrow :D

I'm 5 months pp and is struggling juggling work and the baby. I've not been able to do little to no exercise since the baby arrived. My body has been extremely sore and building up in pain. I started doing this routine and it really helped relax my body. Thank you for keeping it simple and effective!

I had recently just discovered your channel while searching for stretching video, and I stumbled upon your channel. I love how you structured your stretching videos, separating them into different body parts, no long talks, straight up and most importantly there’s a timer to let me know when to change position so I dont have to constantly checkout the screen!
