Let's start with saying: I love this workout so much. It's not too intense, still gives you a good burn & stretches your body with loooong movements.
Perfect for mornings, to kickstart your day and get a nice feeling overall ♥︎

No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you're used to it by now I guess) and not much space needed :) If you need a break tho - take it! Just don't quit!

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

Guys remember never do a workout thinking youll lose weight do a workout thinking you’re keeping your body healthy and that you will be healthy and at least do a workout everyday for a better health and for a better and healthy body love your body how ever it is never judge your body do workouts to keep your body healthy not to have a perfect body!if you read all this I hope you change your mindset about workouts! okay, here’s my thoughts on this. (i just did it)

don’t feel bad if you can’t go the same pace as her, and it’s okay to do 20 seconds. at least you’re doing it! it’s okay to take breaks. i skipped the lunge jumps and the second plank, for myself. and that’s okay. once you’re done it’s so rewarding like- i did it! you can too!

What I like about Pam:

1: she starts the workout with no intro, and the music helps me to concentrate.
2: Even though there is no talking, the routine is always easy to understand and do.
3: She tries to make videos suitable for all types of audience, and her channel has a lot of variety.

6 am and this is the first morning i work out before school
i hope i'll stay motivated enough
i want a healthy, strong, powerful body and i think i can do it

Day 1: 15 seconds of each workout
Day 2: stopped halfway
Day 3: almost all workouts fully except plank kickback with breaks
Day 4: everything except jump squats and plank w/ rotation
Day 5: workouts are becoming easier/improving, I only took 2 breaks
Day 6: difficulty with arm workouts
Day 7: first time doing all workouts fully and correctly w/ additional training
Day 8: exhausted
Day 9: half workouts
Day 10: getting back on track
Day 11: just 1 break
Day 12: so far so good
Day 13: did it twice!!
Day 14: started adding weights
Day 15: additional workouts
Day 16: extreme full body workout
Day 17: this has become my warm up/ seeing results!!
Day 18: still getting better!
Day 19: unmotivated
Day 20: productive
Day 21: surprisingly getting harder
Day 22: almost there

Day 24: today was great
Day 25: wow only 5 more days
Day 26: unmotivated/gained more
Day 27: skipped a few

Even if I am not losing weight or getting visibly toned, I feel much more confident in my body when I do workouts. I stay fit and grounded, conscious about my muscles and everything. Thank you for doing these workouts Pamela!
