This 10 minute full body recovery stretch is a great as a cool down or recovery session between training days. This is also a very beneficial stretch to do daily to reduce soreness and increase flexibility/mobility. Week 1 day 6 in the books. I ended up doing this video after yesterdays workout without realizing that it’s todays video and I tell you what I NEEDED IT AGAIN!!! I still feel sore but in a good way!!!! Looking forward to the next week of workouts!
