Checking in.. I am on day 59 of the 60 day challenge. Had some family stuff to tend to right after work so I am few days behind, like 4 days but guys, we keep going. Miss a day, finish the next. Here because my left Hip flexor has been giving me major pain. Been consistently working out 3 months now and barely been stretching but thankful My body’s been giving me the warning signs to take note of 💯👍🏾

Just the other day I was watching something where this guy was saying in some cases stretching can harm you if you over do it. The examples this brotha provided are pure gold. Sometimes I stretch for a lil too long. This is proof you can still be loose & limber w/out stretching your body for too many minutes.
