10 MIN PERFECT MOBILITY ROUTINE (NO EQUIPMENT FOLLOW ALONG!)

This mobility/stretching routine is designed to improve your posture and increase recovery by focusing on the most pivotal points in your body. Stretching does wonders for your body, but it also has a relaxing effect which is why it’s perfect for after your workouts.

Stretching also plays a very important role in keeping good posture. When you have postural imbalances, it’s usually due to one or a few muscles being over active and therefore right, and a antagonistic muscle being weak. Therefore, improving your posture relies on strengthening these weaker muscles and releasing the tension of the tighter muscles!

So if there’s one thing you could do right now to drastically improve your aesthetic it would be to focus on correcting your postural imbalances. Build a strong foundation and everything else will prosper!

This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through.

This is THE BEST post workout stretch on YouTube, hands down. Not too short nor too long, hits every single muscle and the poses feel soo good while being easy enough to do after an intense workout. Have been doing it for a year now and will continue to do it even on off days! You're the man Fraser!

I recently discovered this video and started doing it everyday after my workout and I love it. I feel so relaxed after it, it's perfect.
Even though I've done it for only a few days I can already see improvement, I am more flexible doing certain movements with my shoulders that before it was a little hard and stiff so thanks a lot. Won't stop!!

P.S.: Only "negative" point here is that he changes positions very quickly, so until you get to that position yourself you lose a few seconds 😝 I wish he would give us like 5 seconds to change position.

Ive been doing this 2 months and let me tell you how amazing and light my body feels every day. It would be nicefraser if u did another vid of these genres but more on focusing intense body flexibility ! Great video as always

Tried this routine this morning, felt disappointed as I couldn't do most of those. My body is a mess (I'm not flexible at all). I'll keep at it until I get better.

I use these stretches every time after a rigorous workout and I have noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility over just a few weeks and it’s been my staple for over six months! Flexibility is very underrated. Thank you for the guidance!
