DAY 7 COMPLETE! Call me crazy, but I was actually excited to work out today, so I did a little 30 minute full body no jumping workout before my Day 7 Recovery Video! FEELING STRONG! THANKS ANNA!

even in isolation and recovery from covid i enjoy your videos. now that my symptoms aren’t as bad anymore, i tried some stretches and your 20 min arms workout. feeling so much better now <3 thank you
