Woahhhh we've made it halfway through the 28-day challenge! Time flies when you're having fun right :)
Today is a rest & recovery day so we have a quick 10-minute stretch to help your sore muscles. Don't forget how important it is to listen to your body and give it some love to recover ready for another killer week tomorrow! Let's do it!!!

WORKOUT DETAILS

👉🏼 50 Sec Work, 10 Sec Rest

Half way celebrations woop woop. Got to say I enjoyed not having to do a big workout today but after the stretching I can't wait for tomorrow morning. 30 mins to get hot and sweaty! Military baby!!! 💪😂

Hey anna! Loving the program so far. I know you might plan something else after this is over. I just wanna say. Maybe you can try different styles of HIIT sessions? Like pyramid style, EMOM, ladder style HIITs or longer tabatas or even plyo HIIT. It would be a great switch up from traditional 50 on 10 off style for the next program! I hope you consider my POV! Loving the workouts!

Just finished day 13 and my body made so much progress already! I feel stronger, I don't have to take as many breaks, and I can definitely see a big difference in my physical appearance.. Especially the glutes and the tummy 🥳 On to the next one! 💪
