I'm 71 and always took for granted being flexible (I ride horses, and care for them which demands a lot of strength and flexibility) But as I got older I realized I was not as flexible as I used to be, but I never exercised "Formally" and so I just started this video. Only 2 days under my belt right now on the 21 day challenge. Thank you, I enjoy the way you show the positions without a lot of talking, your pleasant personality and also that you consider those of us who really have to start from the beginning!

I feel a little less stiff, thank you. Just one helpful tip that helps me a lot. Remind everyone to breathe in slowly, through the nose and exhale, slowly through the mouth. This helps release the tension in the muscles.

Girl I cannot thank you enough. My left shoulder has been killing me with some trapped pain from a long time and the only thing which provided me relief was this 10 minute stretch which I've been doing for only 4 days now. I cannot express how relaxed this makes me feel 😘😘😘

I commented earlier about being sore (in my back after doing the stretching video) and it just lasted a day. I hope others will start and keep flexibility rather than get over 50 and realize you should have been doing this the last 20 years! Thanks for a great video, I will use it to get more flexible... I'd rather have a little pain now than have pain doing the normal activities of life that could be beyond my current stretching capabliities. Thank you Daniela!

I started stretching for the first time in my life regularly with another video of yours from December until January and I loved it.
