I like these videos because she doesn't spend the first five minutes of the video talking to the viewer like we are 5 year olds. I appreciate that she talks over the video instead of throughout as well, so we get a real flowing session without all the breaks for chit-chat. Also, this woman is insanely beautiful. My only critique is that I would suggest mentioning that certain poses (the last one) are not good if you have lower back issues (that come with tight hip flexors etc.) Also, I'd suggest mentioning skill level in the description. I don't think I'd be able to do this if I was a beginner.

Thank you so much for adding why I suddenly felt so strange during camel pose! I love that you always explain "why" in addition to "how". Same with "the edge" concept! Really helps me understand the practice more. Thank you!

wow what a great yoga routine! i normally mute audio while following along yoga videos but she described everything in a perfect minimalist way, plus her voice was so serene and calm that it actually helped me focus on the routine! love the focus on mind-body connection

Amazing! I’ve been cycling and weight training like crazy, my quads were spent...there was no amount of foam rolling that could help. This stretch made me feel human again!!! Thank you!!! Making this a regular routine.

my favorite part was grabbing the back ankle after opening the hip in a low lunge. that pose was very powerful and brought up a lot of sensation for me. thank you!

Wow! 3 minutes in and I have to stain to say how much I appreciate the detailed explanation of which muscles we should feel and engage to correctly preform each stretch. Sometimes I think I go through these wondering what the heck is going on with my body. I love the mind body connection you verbally express for us! Excellent video!

The 25min slow hip stretch was great after this practice! I did a mad leg workout today and this practiced and the 25min slow hip stretch practice were amazing right before bed. Thanks for all you do!
