45 Min Yin Yoga - Total Relaxation - Full Body Deep Stretch

Many if you have been asking me for longer yin yoga classes, so I'm happy to slow it down with this relaxing, full body yin yoga class for a deep stretch. Enjoy these next 45 min of deep relaxation.
About this 45 Min Yin Yoga Class
We'll melt into yin postures with some yang transitions in between to get some low-intensity movement in. The first half of this yin class focuses on upper body, while the back half focuses on lower body so you get a beautiful, relaxing, full body yin practice.
Yin yoga is a deeply soothing practice where postures are held for 2-7 minutes, allowing your body to fully unwind. In this session, we’ll be holding each yin yoga pose for 2 minutes, giving you ample time to relax into each posture.
These longer holds not only relax your muscles but also work on the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, tendons, and organs. By gently working the fascia, these extended yin yoga stretches enhance flexibility, improve your range of motion, and calm your nervous system in general and in extension (a stretch!). A calm nervous system while stretching tells the brain that you're safe at this stretch depth.
Tightness itself can stem from fascia that hasn’t been moved or worked, rather than just the muscle itself. So as you melt into these yin yoga poses, understand that your fascia will reorganize itself for more stretch allowance.
This class is great for all levels, beginner yogis wanting a deep stretch, intermediate yogis who want to bring in more patience and meditation, or anyone looking for a mental reset. My full-body yin yoga classes are also great for athletes who need a deep stretch and unwind - so I'm convinced Yin is great for everyone - including you! :)
