Please don't ever erase this from YouTube. This is the best medicine for when my lower back is bothering me. I can't count how many times I've done this practice since it came out.

You have the best yoga videos on youtube. other yoga instructors talk waaaay to much are have conversations with themselves in their videos. Your videos are so professional and your voice is very soothing!

I love your videos!!! This one and the "20 minute stretch yoga for neck & shoulders" one are my favorite!! I´m a professional violinist and I usually have too much tension (and pain) on my neck, shoulders and back. You can´t imagine how much these two videos have helped me, so thank you very :)

Ive had some mysterious back pain since yesterday. After stretching, drinking water non-stop and resting today, your yoga videos came to mind. I’m hoping for some relief. I am ever so grateful for your YouTube channel Sarah, thank you 🙏🏼

On Saturday I did something to my lower back to the point that I couldn't walk straight. I did this yoga session once or twice a day. By Wednesday my back only had a dull shadow of the former discomfort. Thank you Sarah Beth. You saved me this week!
