I sooo appreciate your calm, guiding voice! I love how you use the word, "sensations" to describe the stretching we feel in our muscles, as the word doesn't have any negative emotional meanings, and allows us to experience as an observer the way our body feels. Thank you! Namaste!

After doing regular practice over the last 3 weeks or so i really noticed an increase in flexibility when doing this practice. I really enjoyed this and recommend doing a warm up..your 10 min wu vid was perfect before this. Thanks again SB.

This was SUCH a useful practice. The stretches were slow and focused so I felt like I was making structured progress, and the voice is calm and reassuring without being gushy or mystical. Was able to push through and challenge myself whilst remaining deeply relaxed. Thank you for making this

This was just what I needed for my chronically tight and sore left TFL. I love the slow pace and Yin-like approach. My biggest issue was with my wrists and the heels of my hands, where I have some painful arthritis.
