Adding this my routine, no intro, no talking, easy simple motions and good progression 💚 definitely be doing this 2 or 3 times on abs days 💚✨ ( or as a good quick morning workout) ☕

Day 8
I am Doing it 3 times a Day someday i have done 4 times a day also with 30 Pushups Daily
And i am seeing great Progress
My abs are not full clear but now i can squese and then i can se my 3 packs clearly
Its happening after 6 day
I will keep doing fir next 90 days

14, eating 1500-1600 calories a day, doing a 45 minute workout every other day plus maybe 15-30 minutes of light cardio. This is definitely added to my list!

I've had abs but they were only visible if i flexed, but now after doing this every day for a week I don't even need to flex they're just there 😂😂 Thanks so much!!❤

Thank you so much! Great work out and beginner friendly. I was able to keep up and do all the exercises. I love that you didn’t spend 2mins doing the same exercise so it was not boring at all. Love it!!!! I will continue to do it.

Day 8 trying this along with
+ 10-12 Normal Pushups
+ 3-4 Diamond Pushups
+ Some school bag lifting 20 times each time

Will update when I can! 💪
My specs -
Height : 6 feet (184 cm)
Weight : around 50kg
Strength : I'll be dead!
