Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. YouTubers optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.

It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

On day 8, I CANNOT thank you enough Chloe thank you so much, I lost my period for 7 months due to my weight and I cannot believe how these helped me get my period back thank you so much. I am down 10 pounds already

I used to do all these so easily but just after 3 months I'm back to square one 😭 that's what an unhealthy lifestyle does to people y'all, try to be consistent, don't be like me 😔

Edit : y'all are sweet and nice in the comments omg ily 💜💜💜🫂 and in another good news, I can once again do these exercises for their full duration ! (except for the side planks my arms have become noodles lmaoo) So if you're starting it new or doing it after a while, don't give up! You got it friends! All the best let's get these down! 💪🏻

40-50 secs on
10 secs rest
0:50 - single leg drop variation (50 secs)
1:50 - plank to side plank (50 secs)
2:50 - plank with hip dips (50 secs)
3:51- bicycle crunch (50 secs)
4:52 - side plank tap (L) (40 secs)
5:42 - side plank tap (R) (40 secs)
6:32 - the 100 leg drop (50 secs)
7:32 - reverse crunch (50 secs)
8:33 - single leg toe touch (50 secs)
9:33 - plank jacks (50 secs)

I died 3 times doing the full schedule of this one. My abs are burning and my butt still hurts from the previous day. I am trying my best to remain consistent. Thank you so much for what you do Chloe

i was really consistent with chloe's workouts last year around september and lost 10 lbs within 2 months! but around december i started becoming stressed with school and gained all the weight i lost and i just haven't done a workout since. this workout program is amazing and couldn't have come at a better time since i've never been a fan of long workouts and want to get back into working out again consistently at a slow pace. chloe really is amazing with her workouts and i'm in love with this one so far!
