I love how you can see her improvement too. She's killing it in this video, but you can see that she struggles a tiny bit. Now she's an absolute beast. So stable and does every move like it's nothing. I love her workouts, she motivates me to work hard not only for better looks, but for getting stronger too. Consistency is the key, you can do it too!!

*I Weighed 310 at my highest and 190 and my lowest (lost 120lbs! within 6 months) I had saggy bingo arms tho they werent even bad, **weightlose.fitness** i just lacked muscle and didnt work out. and could easily be toned by working out, which i have been doing and ive seen great results quick. I do have a lil extra pudge on my stomach and plenty of stretchmarks which have faded. Strength training is the best way to go for faster results, better results, and you'll love going to the gym more than if you were to do cardio alone. Do not worry about sagging skin - deal with it when you get there because you'll be way happier at your goal weight with some extra skin compared to where you begin!*

I used to follow this workout all the time in the thick of my eating disorder a few years ago, and I’m not going to lie, even hearing the music is kind of triggering to this day. I could never finish the workout all the way because my body was so weak from starving myself. Today I’m proud to say I revisited this video after fully recovering, and I was able to do the whole thing without stopping! I’m so glad I’ve been able to heal my attitude towards fitness— instead of viewing it as a chore or a punishment for “overeating”, now it’s a reward and a way for me to appreciate that I get to live in a healthy, strong body. It’s even become kind of fun— I get to revisit videos like this and marvel at how far I’ve come and how much stronger I am now that I fuel my body in a way that is healthy.

To anyone who is currently going through what I was experiencing: it gets better. Food and fitness are your friends, not your enemies.

Guys while doing this, if you feel like dying, just remember that a few more seconds won't kill you. You may hurt, yes, that means it worked! I'm doing this once a day and take a rest every 3 days, also i drink a lot of water and combine everything with the general motor diet. I was kind of lazy in my first week, it was so hard and i paused twice in the video, but i made a promise that if i pause i will have to work for 5 more seconds in the next exercise. Guess what ? I lost 2 kilograms (from 57kgs to 55) just in one hard week. I will keep doing my routine to reach my goals (50kgs). And I'm writing this to motivate you guys! Nothing is impossible. Good luck all and also pls wish me luck 😘❤

I don't think anyone still watches this, but if u do, I have a Major tip!! If ur struggling with planks, do arms srretch3s and/or an arm workout before this!! I swear it works
