I do this video and others for 20 mins a day with one rest day a week pairing it with cardio and strength. Two weeks in to it my abs started Showing and now I'm 5 weeks in and my abs have lots of definition, I would 10/10 recommend this video if anyone wants to start to get abs

Been doing this every day for a whole month +, occasional rest day once a week but not always, changed my diet to almost no salt and healthy foods as well with protein shakes with only frozen fruit and almond milk
within a month I lost 4-5 inches in my belly. started being 33 inches annd now 29 inches.
It works guys it just takes consistency and dedication.

I've been doing this for 3 weeks now and my belly is so much more like "hard"! I've lost all my belly fat and now I'm looking to get abs in the next month..

Hi, I would like to tell you something to motivate one or the other, this workout has changed my life, I was never fit at that time but wanted to start with sports and came to this video, I joined in and was totally sweaty but happy afterwards, I started doing this workout on a daily basis and got better and better, someday I dreaded other videos and sport became a passion for me, it all started in may 2017, and now i am here after a thousand shed tears exactly one year later and collapses here but I kept on going and never gave up and got what I wanted, a nice well-defined and trained body and a new sense of life and it all started here .. never give up!

I did this 3-4 times a week. After one week I saw big results. Although I stopped doing this for a while due to a packed schedule, so I need to get back on track. I highly recommend this! U can do it!
