Just wanted to let you and everyone else know that your workout have changed my life. I'm a mum of 3 under 6 and never enjoyed exercising. My goal was to get fit by 30 and with your workout I've done it! I started in July 2021, did your 20 minute yoga everyday for 4 months to look good for a wedding. I now do 10-20 min of your bum/tum workouts everyday and I have a 6 pack and lost a dress size, something I never dreamed of. Thank you so much!

Literally did pretty much all the workouts wrong and fell 10000x times and still felt the burn 😭 I’m not even kidding I made up pretty much everything

"intense ab burner workout" was no understatement 😝🔥 The side plank crunch rotation was a true challenge, so hard to keep balance. Kept faceplanting the floor, lol!!!😂 But who doesn't love a good challenge!? Thank you Anna for always challenging us and making us push our limits 🙌🏼 And WELL DONE to all the warriors completing this!!! 👊🏽💥

My attempt to do that side plank rotation failed- tremendously. I literally rolled over on my floor🤣. By far the hardest movement ever, but I loved doing this workout as a whole! Thank you Anna 🤍

This was the perfect finisher to a cardio workout! Some of these exercises I've never seen - the mix-up kept motivated! Had to modify, as always, since I'm trying to recover from back issues, but I know that getting my core strong is key to recovery. Thank you!

omg i totally LOVED THIS!! usually i get bored with ab workouts or get intimidated by the time but this was such a fun mixture of my faves and the timing was PERFECT. thank you so much <3
