Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. YouTubers optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.

It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

Fun fact: I'm a guy doing three of your videos every day.
It really confuses the youtube algorithm which now shows me ads for bikini zone shavers.
Anyway, I had about ten incidents in my 20s with my back (herniated disc), and I completely lost one lumbar disc.
But since I was always working out regularly I was told that I can avoid operation if I keep strengthening my core muscles. I got some medical excercises which I rigorously did for years, at some time I switched to the Chloe Ting excercises since these have a surprisingly high overlap with what was recommended.

I'm just passing by to feel a little proud of myself for being in my 7th week workout streak, for the first time in a long time, i didn't miss a week.🥳🥳
edit: Hey guys, i'm passing by to say that i had to take a month off because of health problems and family emergencies, But it's okay, i'm coming back in a few days. And to say, i'm seeing some comments asking how much weight i lost, i don't track my weight. I have a long history of eating disorders, so I don't track numbers except what I eat, and I only do that because I'm diabetic and need to do it.

Im so glad i stuck with chloe tings workouts!!!!the first time i did one of her abs workouts i couldnt eevn hold any plank for 15 seconds!? And now im able to hold it through every Exercise!!!!if your not able to do one of her exercises juts keep trying and doing it with the mentality that you'll get better! Because you actually will!!!!

Day 3 completed !! I can actually see a little difference on my stomach. Side lines are coming back and I found it a teeny bit easier today!! Still burns and hurts but this is the feeling we love people!! ❤

My kitto always tries to comfort me while working out, guess he senses my heartrate, its not helpfull but soo cute. This was the first day in long time that i was capable of doing all workouts:3 i am soo happy

Day 2 of the new Shred and Tone Challenge! Loving it so far! I finished the 2024 Summer Shred, and find this new program less intensive and works better for me. I do think the intensity of the Summer Shred was great, it toned my body and gave me confidence, but is definitely harder for a beginner. Anyways, gotta love me some ab exercises ❤

I started working out again & tell me why YouTube when I would search you up it would give me the old workout an videos! So I thought Ooo she’s not posting no more but some how right now it’s showing me this new one reee… haha I’ll be doing this one tomorrow! Last time i worked out was 5yrs ago 🙃 love you videos
