Fabulous tips!!!🥑 I have to admit that I have hated abdominal workouts for 10 years. Sophie, you honestly changed this because I started to FINALLY notice results with your techniques. As a male, and I tell my wife this all the time, it is probably the hardest workout in the gym. Even over squats! Look forward to all your videos. Cheers!!! 💪😊

was amazing. I workout daily and I get bored from time to time. I workout with a trainer but I do a lotttt at home. I needed this. My abs feel great.

I just want to say I've been doing your series of videos for a few weeks and absolutely love them! They're just the right amount of time and intensity to keep motivated to do them every night. I definitely see and feel a difference - obviously, in such a short time, no, no obvious six pack yet but definitely feeling more toned and seeing some definition! I'm really grateful for your videos and look forward to continuing with the series!

I just tried this with 2.5 lbs ankle weights on each ankle and my abs are on absolute fire... took me a little closer to 15 min. but I did it 🔥💪

This is one of the first ab workouts that didn't make me sweat a lot but made my stomache and legs hurt. Very intense and i love that the video has actual breaks in it so i can cool off. Will be doing this for 2 weeks hopefully and i will keep track in the comments!!

Day 1: Pretty cool planks threw me off a bit
Day 2: Same thing
Day 3: Added her glutes workout and i already feel a tiny difference and lower stomache area has been hurting
Day 4: Got my period at school so no glutes for a few days also could only do one plank
Day 5: Im getting used to the planks but literally dead right now
Day 6: Was out all day so i counted it as my rest day
Day 7: Still kind of tired so i didnt do the dibs
Day 8: Did her glutes

That was really good and see the snapshot video of what coming next was really helpful...I do have a request though...are you planning to put more videos where each exercise are 30s each so no rest in between? Those were the ones where my abs used to burn a lot!
