usually I don’t feel anything anymore after I hit core but after doing this workout even thought it’s been almost 2 days, my stomach hurts😍😍

I wish you could get abs this easy. I was trying for years to finally realize my diet wasn't really good. Sometimes you just need someone to tell you what you should eat and how much. I got myself meal plan from Next Level Diet and finally after couple of years of working out I got to see a glimpse of these beautiful lines on my stomach.

This was amazing! You changed the format up a bit and it’s 🔥! Music amazing, pace amazing, intensity fire, and time in b/t perfecto! As woman We don’t have to be so hard on our bodies to get results. Less is more but 100 percent focus on intention in every movement and see it working whoooo that’s the sweet spot ladies 🌟

Day 1: I felt the burn everywhere, it hurt so bad but it was wonderful

Day 2: it burned alot but i still managed to do it, still not a big difference

Day 3: it was fine but I had back pain, I can kinda see a lil difference!

Day 4: I almost gave up I was tired, but I still managed to do it

Day 5: it was kinda hard but I feel like my stomach has shrunk a lot!

Day 6: it felt great I wasn't tired plus it was really easy!!

Day 7: I noticed the difference in my stomach it got way way better than it used to be!!

I like this work out a lot, saved it to my strength training playlist. The exercises are a bit heavy on the neck though, so for the last exercise I switched it out with a plank rock-climber.
