Today's video is another abs workout challenge especially for you. This is the 10-min Six Pack Workout!

This workout is focused on targeting your abdominal muscles. It aims to work out your tummy fat layer by layer to reveal the ab muscles hidden beneath years and years of accumulated fat.

Imagine not having to go to the gym or use any equipment at all to get a more ripped core? Which means this works to your convenience--do this anytime, at anywhere at no additional stress or cost!

For almost a month i got six packs already. As long as you do this workout everyday. And avoid eating foods that lots of calories :) thank you for this roberta. ☺️

leg drops (8)
scissor kicks (20)
russian twists (20)

I did my second ab workout tonight. The most difficult part is balancing my YouTube workouts with my gym routine, work, and studying. My schedule is very busy, however, fitness is a priority! 😊

I think what I like best about Roberta's Gym is that they post the visual countdown timer so that really helps with motivation and sticking to it. i did these a couple years ago and it did actually work but stopped. Trying them out again

I started in July 15 2024. Let’s see how many days I will do it😊
Day2
I did it, my abs were burning 🔥
Day 3
I enjoyed the workout
Day4
I skipped because I was in 7 hour car trip😢
Day 5
I did it and my abs were on fire, if I did it you can do it to believe me😉

Just started today, will update everyday...
Day 1: ✅feeling good, did the work out twice once in the afternoon and once at night.felt pain in the belly and thighs 😢
Day 2:✅ did the work out twice, feeling stronger than yesterday 😉

MY ABS ARE BURNING 🔥 WITH THOSE RUSSIAN TWISTS AND SCISSOR KICKS! However my neck starts to strain with heel touches and push throughs are they any modifications for those ?
