Thanks Fraser, my current workout routine using your videos is as follows:
‘20 Min Morning Workout’ (from 2 years ago)
‘20 Min Huge Chest & Shoulder Workout (Dumbbells Only)’ (3 weeks ago)
2 x this ‘10 Min Killer Sixpack’ (posted 4 months ago as at Dec 2021)

The ‘20 Min Morning Workout’ has been one of my favourites and was a staple of lockdown. I think it has a great mix of HITT, strength and abs. Peak heart rate is typically 168 (during the lunge jumps and burpees 😬) and total calorie burn on my iWatch is around 125.

I recently moved over to the ‘20 Min Huge Chest & Shoulder’ workout when it appeared and I find the ‘overhead sitting dumbbell presses’ and the final ‘pause presses’ really kill me. Calorie burn is typically 145 which is quite high in the timeframe. This compares to around 90 calories burnt undertaking the older and somewhat more leisurely’15 Minute Chest & Shoulder Workout (Dumbbells Only)’ (posted 1 year ago). I am currently using 2 x 9kg dumbbells.

Undertaking 2 lots of the 10 Min Killer Abs burns about 100 calories and performing the above routine 3 times a week is having a really good impact on my physical well-being with the added benefit that for the first time in my life I am starting to see my ab muscles! Incidentally I’m 63 years, 175cm (5ft9”) and 75kgs (154lbs), so I guess it is never too late to start and can I claim to be your oldest fan? 😀

My backup on my soccer team broke my tailbone so I practically cant do anything and these workouts is the only way I can stay in shape to take down the bully 👊

This workout works really well. I’ve done it everyday or some sometimes every other day and started eating less calories and I already see results in less than 3 weeks
