Most people (including me) tend to focus on speed when doing abs, you show that going slower and focusing on the muscles worked in each rep is a bettter proposition, thank you

Thank you for posting more lately.. my brother passed away 2 weeks ago and I haven't been able to get myself to the gym. Seeing you pop back on here with that intrinsic inspiration, your happy go lightly attitude-- helped me get back into the gym. Day 3 back, and I'm feeling it. Good feeling though :)
