I just started doing your ab workout videos and love your slow and deliberate approach to each exercise. This is the 5th video I've done of Nicole's and with each one I love her more. She is so calm, real, and always verbally directs both breath and body placement. I am on day 18. Day 2&3 were the hardest. It gets a bit easier after that. I can see more definition. Fantastic excercises. I feel energised.
