Complete two ab exercises back-to-back as a superset for 30 seconds each without rest between exercises. After completing each superset rest for 10 seconds.

I went through your playlist but I couldn’t find the complete list. I don’t mind paying as well. Could you please point me to right direction. I have 30 min a day to work out.I want to workout as follows:

Day 1: Chest only:
No equipment or Dumbell only

Day 2: Back Only
No equipment or Dumbell only

Day 3: Shoulder & Abs
No equipment or Dumbell only

Day4: Legs & Gluetues

Trying to get abs back after taking a bit of a break. This was excellent as usual with the intensity, breaks and burn. I appreciate the reverse countdown for reps, some good old psychological Jedi trick there. Keep it up!
