I have so much appreciation for Pamela, no talking, no annoying intro, actual good music, not stupidly hard and genuinely fun. This is the only work out I’ve actually kept to and had motivation to do. First started doing this around July 2020 and it’s worked a treat for my stamina and confidence

Hi I did this for 30 days and have noticed a massive improvement! I used to take breaks, but now I don't, and I find it a lot easier than when I first began. Thanks so much Pamela!

Finished the throwback day and it made me realize how far I've come in my workout journey. I use to only do one or two 10 minutes or under video every so often. Now I do the 45 minutes sweat schedule. To anyone that need to hear this, don't give up, keep going you got this!!! 😊💪❤
