Whenever I meet people who workout with my videos & ask them which one they like most they ALWAYS say: "your Sixpack Workout!".
After 1.5 years it might be time for a new one then haha!

MY OPINION: burns even more, makes me sweat more and gives me such a good feeling in my abs! Maybe it's also because I'm not as "used" to this exercise combination yet. In any way: you should definitely give it a try :)

No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you're used to it by now I guess) and not much space needed :) If you need a break tho - take it! Just don't quit!

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

To anyone who’s wondering…I’ve been doing this workout just about every day for 3 weeks (I think I didn’t for maybe 2 days) and I can relatively breeze through it now. Still difficult but I don’t stop the whole time. Definitely noticed a flatter and tighter stomach though I’m not going for looks as much as strength.

Stay committed and you’ll see results! There’s 1, 440 minutes in a day. Spare 10 to this and it’ll be worth it!

Guys seriously, DO THIS. If you want to get abs and get your core 10x stronger this workout is amazing. I spent months trying to figure out the best ab workout and this one after one month of 5x a week doing this workout I now have toned abs. Starting to become visible and I’m so proud of it. Keep reading if you want to know some tips I learned while doing this.

**do it slow. Seriously if you spend more time focusing on the exercise you will do less of them in the 30 seconds but you will see results faster

**try not to take breaks. This is the hardest part I know! It hurts so bad, but if you work on not taking breaks that’s what makes you burn and makes the exercises worth it

**be consistent. I know this is said a lot but it’s true, if I only had done this for 2 weeks I would have felt stronger but I dont think I would have seen much change.

**also I didn’t really change what I ate, I am pretty healthy but I did start eating a lot more protein since about 2 ish weeks later I started lifting.

YOU CAN DO THIS!! Just know it’s so worth it and you will feel so much stronger. ❤️❤️
