Loved it! Been able to keep up almost till the end😅. Started doing different ab workouts every day no matter what about a month ago and at the end of the video when you said that this one is definitely an intense one I felt so motivated seeing my progress and the fact that I almost did it is just... pure happiness! Thanks for the amazing exercises! Definitely gonna do it more times!

I can’t express how much I love your workouts! before school, I at least do one or two short 10min - 15min videos! if I have more time, I stack a few 10min - 15min videos on top of each other to create one long sweaty workout 😂your videos are the perfect challenging intensity for me! I’m sooo glad I found you 😊😊😊
