So happy that our last LIVE workout worked well, so I am definitely continuing with this series / Werbung :) this involves talking, tips to make this short workout extra effective and my brother Dennis as a motivator behind the camera. I'm also stuck at home, so we are going to film straight from our living room. No fancy location required to make those abs cry!

No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you're used to it by now I guess) and not much space needed :) If you need a break tho - take it! Just don't quit!

The live workout was soooo much better because now I know some mistakes I made before, like the tips with the lower back. Now I know how to improve this mistakes . And which thing also makes me happy is to know that not only my hip is cracking 😂

Everyone is commenting about how effortless she makes it look...Pamela must've put in lots of 'effort' to make it look 'effortless.' She had years of training guys, you'll get there too if you continue to stick to her workouts! Don't give up! YOU CAN DO IT :)
p.s. we're all quarantined so there's no excuse for not working out ;)

I always break down with the sideplanks because i cant hold myself. Especially on the left side

The missions, what you have to do to become a great and strong body:

1. Do one of her workouts videos every day.

2. When you do the exercises, don’t cheat, you have to do a big effort.

3. Eat normal and I promise you that just in 1 month you will see results.

4. NEVER GIVE UP! 🔥💪🏼🔥

It was definitely easier to keep going when you were talking 😀 and thanks for the tips for modifications of the exercises, that was really helpful! I’m exercising so much more thanks to your training plans and live workouts, and it feels great! 💪💕

Stay motivated guys!
I got visible results in around a week by doing it once a day and I am shocked! This might hurt for now but it will all be worth it. Things will get better and even if ur form isn’t that good ur still better than the person not doing anything.
