This 10 minute morning yoga class is a simple full body deep stretch for beginners!

Hey yogis, welcome to Day 1 of the Morning Yoga Movement 30 day challenge!! Our practice today is a simple 10 minute full body stretch great for beginners. No props are required for this class so you can just get started right away. In just 10 minutes you will stretch the whole body and find more energy for the day ahead.

Our affirmation today is: I am calm and centered

Doing this for the second time because honestly these 10 minute yoga sessions have become a highlight of my mornings in lockdown. Thank you so much. I absolutely love the movements and the affirmations in all of them. The length is just perfect too 🙏🏻💓

I had open heart surgery 12 weeks ago. I am starting back to yoga with the 30 day challenge today. I have practiced yoga with you since the start of the pandemic. Thank you for helping me stay fit. Made my recovery a lot easier. 🙏

Suggestion, do a series to learn each pose by itself and gear it for beginners who haven't done this, so people can learn how to get into the poses in your other videos quickly and not fall behind.

I am 16 and starting the challenge today! As a girl with asthma, it's hard to find an exercise suitable for my lungs, and yoga is perfect! Not only does yoga work my muscles and flexibility, but it also works my breathing, and helf my asthma as I get the exercise I need every morning! Thank you so much for this, you gave no idea how your videos have affected my life. 💛🧘‍♀️💛

Have been consistently doing yoga every morning for a month now. It makes a difference in how I feel the rest of the day. Kassandra's calming voice /her instruction helps me to stay focused = why she is my favorite you tube yoga instructor.
