Love your yoga! You have a soothing voice and no nonsense approach with direction but no excessive talking. I’m sure you get many requests for different practices. So here goes. I have had a recent knee injury which while no surgery is required (yet) I cannot do anything which requires knee bends, such as child’s pose, cat cow, pigeon, lunges. I’m sure others out there will benefit! I do what I can, but this particular practice is off limits to me! Namaste.

These ten minutes videos are so helpful! Ten minutes or less is about all I have in the morning before getting myself and my kids out the door! Thanks you, my body needed this.
