Start your day with this 10 minute full body vinyasa flow class for all levels.

Good morning! Let's set our intention for the day ahead by moving our bodies and taking some deep, centering breaths. This 10 minute vinyasa flow class will help wake you up through simple movements to strengthen, tone and stretch your body. This is an all levels practice suitable for everyone and no props are required.

I would love for you to make morning yoga a priority by flowing with my every day! I swear just a little bit of yoga every day has the power to change your life.

I love this mini 10 minutes session and always amazed on the number of pauses that Kassandra gets us to do within such short time period. For me personally these 10 minute sessions have been extremely beneficial, energizing to start each day and removing the daily pain and kinks especially during this confinement time where I’m seated all day behind my computer... Thanks again Kassandra for these short Yoga sessions!

I also find my day incomplete without a yoga practice each morning. So helpful. Yes, thank you, Kassandra. My intention for today: Enough ... to believe I am enough; my family and friends are enough; people I interact with today are enough; the world where I dwell, the air I breathe, the food I am presented with is enough; what I get done today is enough; what I don't do today is enough -- not too much.
