Let's do a quick and easy yoga practice to help relieve pain and tension from your neck & shoulders.

Hi everyone, thanks for joining me on the mat! Let's do a 10 minute morning yoga class together that is particularly effective in reducing tension and pain from your neck and shoulders. If you have tightness and soreness in your upper body, you should feel a lot better after this short sequence.

This 10 minute morning yoga class is suitable for all experience levels and no props are required. Have a wonderful day and thank you for practicing with me!
