Join me for a 10 minute morning yoga flow to wake up and stretch. No props needed!

Hi everyone, I've got a new 10 minute morning yoga flow for you and this will really help you stretch your entire body from head to toe. This is a great routine to do every single day to improve flexibility and get a boost of energy. We will have a nice mix of stretch and strength.

No props are needed and we'll go through poses like deer, reclined pigeon, bridge, modified side plank and sphinx pose.

Yes, i'm loving the shorter classes, leaves time for a meditation afterwards! Any chance to do more 15 minute ones, sometimes 10 minutes is a bit too short. Thank you for all you do Kassandra. Namaste.

My word for today is "Gentle". I recently discovered that the more gentle I am to my belongings, food and body, the more I enjoy it. Thank you for your beautiful content, I do these 10 mins yoga practices every morning, and they are amazing!! I loved that this one has 1 minute meditation at the end, cause usually I get lazy when it comes to clicking to another video and sit down for another 5-10 mins. Thank you again :))

Love the meditation at the end. My word is "fun" - I have been walking around with a sad face since my daughter passed away a month ago. I have to find a way to enjoy my life and this always helps.

Usually I struggle a lot to find the daily word/phrase motivation. Today it’s “let go of expectations”. When things are not going well, we tend to project into a brighter future, by doing so we miss the opportunity to live in the present, and eventually we drown in insecurity. It’s a big challenge, but it’s important to live the bad phases of life too, to the fullest. Thank you Kassandra for giving me the opportunity to be with myself and explore my inner world every day 🥰✨

The past couple days we've been tearing up our kitchen cabinets, taking all our stuff out of our house, throwing out old furniture, in prep for new cabinets and new furniture. Thank God for these routines for helping me get my body ready for all that work. #motivation
