I don’t know about going straight into a hanging forward fold w/no warm up if someone already has back pain tbh :/ can pull the low back. I’d start with hip bridges. Forward fold can be done w/less stress from a seated position. Butterfly is a good intermediate step if hamstrings are very tight. Idk different strokes for different folks- I’m picky about what I’d want for my own body.
